1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the bee365 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using bee365's services.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to create an account on bee365:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must hold a valid national ID card or passport.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may open one account only.
• Online gaming must be legal in your jurisdiction.

If false information is provided during registration, bee365 may close the account at any time and forfeit the associated balance. It is solely your responsibility to keep your account secure and your password confidential.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, bee365 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in certain account features being restricted.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bee365:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Your KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. However, if KYC verification or a security review is required, it may take up to 5 business days. bee365 does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply a service charge.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Bee365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please keep the following in mind before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Each member may participate in a bonus promotion only once.
• Bonus balance and real money are recorded separately.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Bee365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5Gaming Rules

All games on bee365 are operated in accordance with international standards. Please keep the following in mind while playing:

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a certified, impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bee365 reserves the right to void or review that game.
• Bee365 is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software or hardware errors will be voided.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

If you have a dispute regarding a game, please notify our support team within 24 hours. A final decision will be communicated once bee365's investigation is complete.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee365 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Colluding with other members in a fraudulent attempt to win games.
• Sending offensive, threatening, or hateful messages.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Bee365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In the case of self-exclusion requested by the user.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.

For inactive accounts, bee365 may deduct a fixed maintenance fee each month. You will be notified in advance by email.

8Liability Limit

Bee365 is not liable for the following:

• Losses incurred in a game due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues caused by faults in your device or software.
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

Bee365 is committed to maintaining a high standard of service. In the event of any technical disruption, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Bee365 treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We adhere to the following principles:
